1. Make a balance sheet-

Make a balance sheet of your time as we make for our money. It’s way more advance than routine. Write down about every second of your day. So you can track your time better.

2. Be mindful –

It’s ok to hang out with friends, it’s ok to binge-watch web series, it’s ok to scroll social media, but how much is too much??

Let’s set a limit for everything.

And the best solution is to make a practice routine with every detail possible.

3. Know you’re why-

Why do you need time?? And how much time do you need in a day?? Find out these two answers first. as you think if “I would have one more hour I could paint/write/read/workout.

4. Fill the gap

Fill the gap between what you do and what you want to do. If you want to read for 1 hour a day, start with 15 mins.

5. Work according to energy-

Everyone says morning is the best time to read or work. But you are a night owl 黎 .

So….. How could morning help you???

No, not at all.

Find your peak energy time and do the toughest task in that time.

6. Eliminate bad habits-

Where you are wasting most of the time??  In procrastinating?? Scrolling social media?? Running behind the fake perfectionism??  Or maybe there could be another distraction like too much fiction or too much cleaning.

7. Do more think less-

Before starting anything if you think more than 1 minute you will not gonna do that thing. So take action and think less.

It’s not like you have to quiet all the fun and should live your life as an army officer.

           Family, friends, and fun all are equally needed. all it needs is to prioritize and balance  your life.

How to make time.

hey mommies,

do you end your to do list every day before sleep? The tasks you thought up before getting up in the morning or before going to sleep last night are over?🤗

No Normally, not• everyone has less time. But for mummys, this struggle is even bigger.Actually time everyone has a bit but maybe it is hidden somewhere, in our small works. So let’s find him🧐

1 take enough sleep – Quantity does not matter, quality of sleep matters more•

when you wake up with a deep sleep, you feel energetic the next day•🥱

2 maintain energy- actually you need to maintain your energy rather then time When our energy level is high, all the work is done in a pinch (with patience also). The same when our energy level is low, even small work seems big.🤯

3 track your mood and food- Our food has a profound effect on our mind. Therefore eat healthy and limited food. Take a fruit 🥝all day and sprouts once or twice a week।🍽

4 take help- it’s not “only yours” duty to take care of kids and house । not even if you are a stay at home mom। ask for help From children, from husband, and if you are in joint family then Offcourse from other family members as well. Better that everyone given their responsibilities.🪐

5 say no to procrastination- Just by thinking about anything, you will lose your energy only. And thinking about the past and future is not going to happen. so live in present and take actions.🧭

6 keep a to-do list – a to-do list 📃will save your time and energy, it will remind you everything you want to do you can make it in a paper or in your gadget {keep it visible}

7 routine- routine is the most essential part in time management। 📑 make a practical & visible routine to follow

8 no phone zone – Although mobile is meant to save our time, but this chotu😄 eats the most time. So when you are working, keep the mobile off or away.🔇

9 Small actions– Do tasks that will take little time first. As if a room is spread and it will take 10 minutes to do it, then clean it and do not leave it for later🧹

10 take it easy- 🌋Today the world is not going to end, if time is not available for some things then it is okay. May be tomorrow.

take it easy, laugh loud, be happy, live more, stress less.
